Pasi drops his fourth album! Marathon marks a new chapter in Pasi's journey. He promises to take everyone from start to finish. Since he was thirteen, Pasi has found his flow in Dutch rap music. The struggles between his motherland and fatherland touch him deeply. He transforms painful memories into playful but sharp lyrics. He critically examines history and adds his unique twist to current conversations.

During his tour, Pasi shares the stage with his brothers Tiewaai, Nag, Saalk & Rakke (Eigen Makelij). Each of them is guaranteed to bring a hard-hitting set at a high tempo. This will be an evening full of energy, so make sure you stretch before you come!

Marathon

The title is a metaphor for the long journey that began in Congo, back in '85. As the son of a Congolese father and a Belgian mother, he later found his new home by the Scheldt. At a young age, Pasi came into contact with the growing hip-hop culture and soon the first lyrics flowed from his pen. Through text and music, he was able to share his many stories. Twenty years later, he is still on the same path. After a long career as one of the pioneers of the Antwerp hip-hop scene, he is now writing a new chapter. In the new album, he reflects on his journey and sharply describes what occupies him today. About the baggage he carries and the ballast he sheds. Supported by his loyal companions and some newer voices, the picture is complete with guest contributions from Yong Yello, Cloos, Safi, Deadbeat Larry, Joffrey Anane, and Robyne.
