THE BRUSSELS BALKAN ORCHESTRA + supp. TRIO PLETENITSA

The Brussel Balkan Orchestra is a collective of professional and amateur musicians who found each other during some lively workshops on Balkan music organised by violin player Nicolas Hauzeur. The group specially brings treasures from the folk mmusic that they gathered during their travels to Rumenia, Bulgaria and Greece.

The three Ghent-Bulgarian women of Trio Pletenitsa - Galina, Silvana and Gergana Velikova - intertwine their voices and bring their country and the Balkans as a whole closer.
