Tammam Al-Ramadan & Tarek Al Sayed Yahya

We close our Tuesday night concert series in ENTR with a Syrian musical duo : Tammam Al-Ramadan and Tarek Al Sayed Yahya. Tammam is also programmed on Les Goûts de Gand where he performs in the muzikantenhuis( along with singer- percussionist Khaled Al Hafez).  Both form part of the Syrian Wajd-ensemble, that perfomed in the Midsummernight’s concert in Sint Baafs abdij Last year. Today, they perform on a less sacred place…but nonetheless fascinating. On the programme are traditional and classical Arabic music , along own compositions.
