The Naomi Vercauteren Trio brings listen folks with a wink to minimalism. On their first CD "One Rainy Evening" you will hear own songs and the three musicians will provide a powerful sound with cinematic arrangements. By experimenting with open tunings on violin, the bourdon accompaniments of accordion and the open tuning on guitar, impressions, places and stories get a second life in these tunes. With Jan Debrabandere (guitar and vocals), Bert Ruymbeek (accordion) and Naomi Vercauteren (violin).
But before we get there, Kieren Alexander and Wouter Vandenabeele come to warm up the room.
